We adopt different casting methods to
achieve excellent finish and innovative designs. We are fully equipped with
sophisticated die casting machines ranging from simple hand operated rack
and pinion to hydraulic power machines.

The
technique we adopt for high volume production process is gravity die
casting. The molten lava is poured under gravity into a refractory-coated
permanent mould or die. This is also known as "permanent mould" or
"chill" casting. The dies are made of a fine-grained, pearlitic
cast iron or a low alloy steel. Simple retractable cores may be made of high
grade alloy steel, but resin bonded sand cores are used to produce complex
internal shapes.
The molds are simply filled by gravity without any pressure differentials
or mechanical action. This process is widely used for aluminium gravity die castings
due to its metallurgical quality and complexity of castings.
We also adopt sand casting method for
casting different types of metals. Sand moulds are created using various
materials, the sand must be bonded together using either synthetic compounds
or clay and water. The molds are rebuilt after each casting process. These
molds are filled simply by the use of gravity without the use of external
pressure.
